DIRECTORS

MOHAMED ABDULLATIF KHALIFA MOHAMED

Managing Director

Mohamed Abdullatif Khalifa holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MPA in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, USA.

His extensive work experience includes stints as Chief Consultant - Strategic Planning, Performance Management and Organizational Excellence - Al Ain Municipality and Managing Director - Dubai Real Estate College. He has also held the posts of Consultant - Strategic Planning and Development - Al Ain Municipality and Town Planning Director - Program for Government Excellence - RAK.

Mohamed Khalifa’s expertise spans fundamentals of management, organizational behavior, human resources management and research methods, amongst several others. He has had papers published in several prestigious journals, besides delivering dissertations at high-profile conferences.

He holds professional membership in the Academy of Management and the American Society for Public Administration, USA. He is a serving member of leading international and regional government and education bodies.


NATASHA RIDGE

Executive Director

Natasha Ridge holds a Doctorate of Education specializing in International Education Policy Studies from Columbia University, USA. Her dissertation focused on gender and the quality of secondary education in the UAE; to that end, she has conducted extensive research in UAE government schools. She also holds a Master of International and Community Development (focusing on the Middle East) from Deakin University, Australia.

Natasha has consulted on curriculum, assessment, training and other aspects of educational policy for the World Bank, UNICEF and USAID, in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Prior to this she worked as Faculty Head of English and ESL in schools in the UAE, Singapore and Australia helping to implement standards based curricula.
