Ghadah Al Kadri
Project Coordinator
Ghadah Al Kadri is a Project Coordinator at Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation. Ghadah is Syrian but she has lived in Ras Al Khaimah all her life and has an excellent understanding of the local area. She attended Zobida School for girls before going on to Ittihad University to study English language and translation. She started her first job working at the Al Qasimi Foundation in 2009. She assists with translation, visiting schools and course organization, as well as being the project coordinator.

Nour Al Kadri
Administrative Assistant
Nour Al Kadri is the receptionist/administrative assistant at the Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation. Nour is Syrian but was born in Ras Al Khaimah and has lived here all her life. She attended Al Hudaibah School for girls before going on to graduate in 2011 from Vinayaka Missions University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She has recently started her first job working at the Al Qasimi Foundation. She assists with translation, research data entry and course organization, as well as being the Administrative assistant.

Samar Farah
Research Associate Samar Farah is a Research Associate at the Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation. Prior to joining the foundation, she was also a Research Associate at the Dubai School of Government, where she conducted research on curriculum development and private tutoring in public schools in the UAE. Samar is a former Secretary of the Gulf Comparative Education Society (GCES) and holds a Master’s degree in Globalisation and Development from the University of Warwick and a BA in International Development Studies and Sociology from the University of Toronto.

Charlotte Lamptey
Program Manager Charlotte Lamptey has worked in the Education Sector for over six years. She holds an BA and an MPhil in Psychology and Education from Cambridge University in the UK. She is also a qualified primary school teacher. Before starting work as the Project Manager for Teaching and Learning at the Al Qasimi Foundation, Charlotte was working for the Ministry of Education in The Maldives, where she taught English IGCSE in an island school and helped bring about policy change and improvement of English teaching within local schools.
Prior to this, Charlotte taught in several UK government schools and worked as a specialist researcher for The Key, an online education service for school leaders in England, where she was an expert on Special Educational Needs, pupil behaviour, engaging parents and carers, and building links with the community.
