Terms and conditions

Scholarships recipients may not accept employment other than as described in the application, nor may they accept other awards providing duplicate benefits without the written permission of the Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Scholarships Advisory Board.

The stipend is to be expended within one or two years and in accordance with the work plan provided by the candidate in his/her application. The final research dissertation (intellectual property) becomes the property of the individual, the sponsoring university and the Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence.
