Al Qasimi Foundation ranked one of the Best New Think Tanks for 2011

A report published by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program at the University of Pennsylvania has once again ranked the Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation as one of the Best New Think Tanks in the world. The Global Think Tanks Index, published annually, involves the support of think tanks and experts from every region of the globe.

This year, think tanks from 182 countries were invited to participate in the process. The total number of think tanks nominated was 5329 across 30 categories. Categories included Top Think Tank in the World, Top Think Tanks by Region, Top Think Tanks by Research Area, and Top Think Tanks by Special Achievement. The Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation was ranked 15th in the Best New Think Tanks of 2011 category. To download a PDF publication of rankings, click HERE.
