      ربط المواهب بالفرص

      تم تدشين معرض رأس الخيمة للوظائف والتدريب المهني (RAKJIF) في عام 2023 كإحدى المبادرات الرئيسة لبرنامج الوظائف والتدريب المهني التابع لمؤسسة الشيخ سعود بن صقر القاسمي. ينظم المعرض بالتعاون مع دائرة الموارد البشرية في رأس الخيمة، ليكون منصة تجمع بين الباحثين عن العمل الإماراتيين الموهوبين وأبرز الشركات في الدولة، تعزيزا لمساراتهم المهنية ودعما لجهود التوطين

       يركّز المعرض على تحقيق أثر ملموس من خلال ربط الطلبة والخريجين والباحثين عن العمل بفرص التدريب المهني والوظائف بدوام كامل، ومساعدة المؤسسات في مختلف القطاعات على تلبية احتياجاتها التوظيفية وتحقيق أهداف تطوير القوى العاملة.

      المعرض

      يُعد RAKJIF حدثًا مجتمعيًا نابضًا بالحياة يوفر مساحة تواصل ديناميكية للباحثين عن العمل والشركات. ومن نجاح النسخة التجريبية، استقبل معرض عام 2024 أكثر من 1,000 باحث عن عمل و55 جهة توظيف، و 380 وظيفة و 102 فرصة تدريب مهني.

      ومن خلال المقابلات الفورية وورش العمل المهنية وعيادات السيرة الذاتية، يوفّر المعرض تجربة شاملة للباحثين عن العمل، بينما يستفيد أصحاب العمل من الوصول المباشر إلى المواهب الصاعدة والدعم المخصص للتوطين.

      ومع استعدادنا للمعارض القادمة، يواصل RAKJIF التطوّر وتمكين المواهب الإماراتية وتعزيز الشراكات التي تسهم في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لرأس الخيمة.

      Objectives

      • Identify promising Ras Al Khaimah students and support their academic and personal development through university studies.
      • Support Ras Al Khaimah Government entities in developing future leaders through postgraduate studies and specialized qualifications.
      • Encourage varied careers and the development of knowledge and expertise for addressing the vision and strategic needs of the emirate.
      • Build collaborations with government entities and academic institutions that support talent development.

      Types of Scholarships

      The Scholarship Office administers full, partial, and supplemental scholarships for domestic and overseas studies at the bachelor, master, and doctoral (PhD) levels. Funding and specific inclusions are determined based on the admitting universities/degree programs, available budget, and co-sponsorship support from other entities such as an employer or the Ministry of Education. General inclusions based on the type of approved universities and degree programs:

      UAE Private Universities

      • Up to 100% tuition and fees for bachelor degree programs
      • Up to 50% tuition and fees for master degree programs

      UAE Federal Universities

      • Monthly stipends for bachelor degree programs
      • Up to 50% tuition and fees for master degree programs

      Overseas Universities

      • Monthly stipends for bachelor, master, and doctoral degree programs sponsored through the Ministry of Education
      • Full scholarships (tuition, monthly stipend, health insurance, air tickets) for master degree programs strategic to the needs of Ras Al Khaimah Government

      Eligibility

      The Scholarship Office seeks to award scholarships to the emirate’s very best students and most promising professionals. Applicants who meet all minimum eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply. Given the competitive nature of scholarships, it is important to note that recipients often exceed one or more minimum requirements.

      General Eligibility

      Undergraduate Degrees (Bachelor)

      Eligibility Criteria Minimum Requirements
      Secondary School Record
      • Graduated from secondary school less than two years ago (unless completing military service)
      • Minimum score of 95% on the General Secondary Certificate Examination (or equivalency)
      • Medicine and Health Sciences: Achieve a minimum score of 90% in both Mathematics and English, and secure at least 90% in three of the following science subjects: Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
      • Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (AI): Achieve a minimum score of 90% in both Mathematics and English, and secure at least 90% in two of the following science subjects: Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
      EMSAT Score
      • General Studies (including medicine): 1400
      • Nursing: 1100

      IELTS Score
      (English Language Proficiency)

      (Note: Some universities may have higher requirements for unconditional admission)

      Domestic Scholarships

      • General Studies: IELTS score of 6.0
      • Medicine: IELTS score of 6.5
      • Pharmacy or Nursing: IELTS score of 5.5

      Overseas Scholarships

      • IELTS score of 6.5
      Overseas Scholarship Applicants
      • Confirmed scholarship from the Ministry of Education
      Current University Student Applicants
      • One term of degree program completed with a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA equivalent

      Employed Applicants
      • Line manager support for pursuing bachelor degree

      *Exceptions for minimum secondary school results and EMSAT scores may be made for current RAK Government employees, particularly those converting higher diplomas to bachelor degrees.

      Postgraduate Degrees (Master and PhD)

      • One year of degree program completed with a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA equivalent

      Employed Applicants
