RAK Jobs and Internships Festival

Connecting Talent with Opportunity
Launched in 2023, the Ras Al Khaimah Jobs & Internships Festival (RAKJIF) is a key initiative of the Al Qasimi Foundation’s Ras Al Khaimah Jobs and Internships Program. Organized in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources, Ras Al Khaimah, the Festival serves as a platform that brings together talented Emirati job seekers and leading employers across the UAE to strengthen career pathways and support national Emiratization efforts.
With a focus on real impact, RAKJIF connects students, graduates, and job seekers with internship and full-time opportunities, while helping organizations across sectors meet their hiring needs and workforce development goals.
Join us as we create new opportunities for professional growth and drive forward the future of Emirati employment.
The Festival
RAKJIF is a vibrant, community-driven event that offers a dynamic networking space for both job seekers and employers. Building on the success of its pilot edition, the 2024 Festival welcomed over 1,000 job seekers and 55 employers, with more than 380 job openings and 102 internship opportunities on offer.
Through on-the-spot interviews, career workshops, and resume clinics, the Festival provides a comprehensive experience for job seekers, while employers benefit from direct access to emerging talent and dedicated Emiratization support.
As we prepare for future editions, RAKJIF continues to evolve, empowering Emirati talent and strengthening partnerships that contribute to Ras Al Khaimah’s economic and social development.
